Method:

Cut the oranges and vegetables into roughly 20mm pieces, and place into the Beaker.

Add the water and fit the Blade Lid.

Hold the Power Button down for 15 seconds. Allow the contents of the Beaker to settle
and then hold the Button down for a further 10 - 15 seconds.

Rinse the spinach under running water and drain well.

Cut the apple and avocado into roughly 20mm pieces, and layer with the spinach in the
Beaker.

Add the almonds and the milk and fit the Blade Lid.

and then hold the Button down for a further 10 seconds.
Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
710ml 530ml
200g 150g oranges, peeled
100g 75g raw beetroot, trimmed
75g 50g carrot, topped and tailed
75g 50g celery, washed
100-120ml 75-100ml water according to taste
