LEAKAGE CONTROL
1. Make a 50-100 g leakage solution by mixing one part of liquid dishwashing soap with three parts
water.
2. Always make sure that the control button is set at OFF.
3. Spray a little of the solution onto the regulator connection.
4. Inspect the solution at the connections for bubbles. If no bubbles appear, the connection is safe.
5. Any appearance of bubbles means that there is a leakage.
6. Disconnect the gas cylinder connection and connect again. Always make sure that the connection is
securely tightened.
7. Repeat the soap-solution test.
8. If the occurrence of bubbles continues, the gas cylinder must be replaced.
HOW TO LIGHT YOUR GRILL
DANGER
: In the event that the grill does not ignite, you need to wait 5 minutes in order to let the
gas disappear before you try again. Otherwise there is a risk of explosion which may lead to serious
injury or death.
WARNING
: To avoid the risk of bodily harm, you must never be positioned with your head directly
above the grill while preparing to light the main burners.
WARNING
: Check that the air supply to the gas unit is not blocked. Spiders and insects may block
the burner/venturi tube at the openings. A blocked burner tube may lead to fire under the appliance.
1. Make sure that the burner control is set at OFF.
2. Open the gas supply at the gas cylinder.
3. Push in the selected burner button, turn it onto ”MAX” setting, and then hold down the burner
button for 5 seconds.
4. If ignition does NOT take place within 5 seconds, the burner control/controls are turned back to
OFF position. Wait 5 minutes and repeat the ignition procedure.
5. In the event of a flame dying the moment the burner button is released, try to keep the buttons
pushed in for about 20 seconds with the flame burning. This will secure that the thermo coupler
safety will receive sufficient heat to keep the valve open.
