5.5 Night time display and control brightness
The setting is used to adjust the monitor to the ambient lighting conditions, e.g. at
night. The aim is to reduce the brightness of the display to ensure it is as glare-
free as possible. We recommend adjusting this setting while the relevant lighting
conditions are in place.
Note:
The value set corresponds to the bottom limit for the automatic dimming.
Press the “On-screen menu” button.
The on-screen menu is displayed.
Press the “Decrease” button and select the “Bright-
ness night” line.
Press the “On-screen menu” button to select
“Brightness night”.
Use the arrow buttons to adjust the value and
optimise the image.
Press the “On-screen menu” button to exit and save
your settings.
Press the “Decrease” button and select the “Exit” line.
Press the “On-screen menu” button.
This exits the on-screen menu. If no buttons are
pressed, then the menu automatically exits after about
10 seconds.
