To set up for use from 22kg to 36kg

The child seat can be used as a ‘booster seat’ by
removing the back section. If you have not already
removed the child’s harness, do this first. (Refer to
diagrams 1 to 5 on pages 9 and 10).The back
section of the seat is removed by pushing the back
of the seat away from the base of the seat.

Place the child car seat on the passenger
seat with a 3 point seat belt. Make sure it is
facing towards the front of the car.

Pull the lap and shoulder sections of the
vehicle seat belt across and secure it in the
normal way.
The lap belt should be routed

under

both the

arm rests of the child seat,
and the diagonal belt routed

over

the armrest

as shown.

Attach the diagonal belt clip, by threading the
loose strap through the slot at the side of the
seat base.

IMPORTANT

This should be fitted on the

same side

as the

vehicle seat belt buckle when the seat is
installed in the car.

The red belt clip can be used to position the
diagonal belt securely on the childs shoulder,
away from the neck. Pass the strap

behind

the

childs back, so the clip rests on the childs
shoulder, then feed the diagonal belt through
the clip. Adjust the strap length so the clip
holds the belt securely on the shoulder.

WARNING:

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE RED BELT

CLIP AND WEBBING DO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE
VEHICLE SEAT BELT

fitting your child seat into your car
