11. WARRANTY

Motion Healthcare warrants its Mobility Scooter product to be free from defects in materials 
and workmanship for a period of time from date of shipment, subject to certain limitations 
and exclusions as defined below.

Please read carefully the following terms and conditions to qualify for future repair service 
or replacement.

Frame: Motion Healthcare warrants the frame weldment of its Mobility Scooter to be free 
from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use for a period of 36 months 
for Mobility Scooters. Motion Healthcare will at its sole option, repair or replace any 
warrantable weldment or frame section, which fails within the warranty period.

Motor/Transaxle/Brake and Electronics: Motion Healthcare warrants the Motor/
Transaxle/Brake/Electronics of its Mobility Scooter to be free from defects in material and 
workmanship, under normal use for a period of 24 months for Mobility Scooters. Motion 
Healthcare will at its sole option repair or replace any warrantable Motor/Transaxle/Brake 
or Electronic components, which fails within the warranty period.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

•  Body panels, shrouds and cowlings

•  Consumable wear items such as: tyres, tubes, brake pads, suspension  

and motor brushes

•  Upholstery, seating and arm rests

•  Batteries carry a limited warranty of 7 months from the battery manufacturer

•  Any damage resulting from natural disaster

•  Any damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification

•  Any damage resulting from negligent operation, storage or maintenance

•  Labor, service calls, shipping and any costs relating to loss of use
