INTRODUCTION

The MotoMaster

®

 Wall-mounting Tire Rack is 

perfect for storing seasonal tires. Easily holds up 
to 4 vehicle tires. Strong and durable steel tubing. 
Simple and quick installation by attaching two 
steel frame directly to the wall studs with 48” 
(121.9 cm) distance centre to centre. Maximum 
capacity of the tire rack is 375 lb (170 kg) evenly 
distributed. 

SAFETY INFORMATION

•  Do not modify the tire rack and do not use 

this product for purposes that it was not 
designed for. 

•  Never exceed the maximum load capacity of 

375 lb (170 kg). Centre the load on the rack 
to equalize torsional stress. The tire rack is 
designed to hold 4 vehicle tires. 

•  Be aware of the danger of “dynamic loading”. 

This situation arises when a load is dropped 
onto the tire rack, resulting in a short term 
excessive load. Dynamic loading can result 
in damage and failure of the tire rack and 
personal injury to the person loading the tire 
rack. 

•  Keep children and spectators away when 

loading and unloading the tire rack. 

•  Only set up the tire rack against a wall 

that has vertical studs and is capable of 
supporting the weight of this product and its 
maximum load capacity of 375 lb (170 kg). 
Locate this product in a safe area, away from 
all flammable materials. 

•  This product requires some assembly and 

set-up. If you are not experienced or capable 
of doing this type of assembly and set-up 
work, the tire rack should be assembled and 
set-up by a qualified service technician. 

•  Periodically check that all hardware is tight 

and secure. If any damage to the structure of 

the tire rack is noted, the product should be 
replaced. 

•  Work safely. When drilling holes to mount this 

product make sure that there are no hidden 
utility lines or pipes in the drilling path.

•  Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and 

heavy-duty work gloves during installation 
and use.

•  Always drill pilot holes and make sure the 

pilot holes are longer than the lag screws 
provided at least, before driving lag screws 
into the wood wall stud.
