VII. Motorcycle Storage
Short-term storage
：
Park the motorcycle on flat, covered place with good ventilation and low moisture.
Charge the battery to around 80% to prevent deterioration during storage.
If it is not possible to store the motorcycle in a garage or in a covered parking structure, consider using
an all-weather motorcycle cover for protection.
Charge the battery completely before riding after storage.
Perform the Pre-Ride Inspections in section III.
Long-term storage
：
In addition to the short term storage steps listed above;
Disconnect the battery electrical connector to prevent electrical drain and over discharge of the battery.
Charge the battery every two months during storage to prevent deterioration.
Perform the Pre-Ride Inspections in section III. Pay particular attention to the brake levers, throttle
activation, lights, horn, tire pressure and tire condition after long-term storage.
