INITIAL SETTING
When using the device for the first time, you must program the device:
1 •
Connect the RS232 to the
computer.
Note
•
The kit has an RS232 to USB
converter in case your computer
does not have an RS232 port.
2 •
Download the software.
3 •
Select the input port. To find
out which is the gateway, go to My
Computer> Device Manager.
4 •
Select communication speed:
9600.
5 •
Select the auto switch.
6 •
To confirm that communication
has been made, check the status
in the lower right corner.
Note •
From this moment on, you
can change the language.
7 •
Press on the "Base settings" tab.
