Monitoring a Room

Room monitoring allows you to place a handset in a room 
and listen to the sounds in that room from another 
handset.

Place a handset in the room to be monitored

On the handset you want to listen from, press 
Handsfree. The display lists the handsets registered 
to the base unit.

If you have only 1 handset, pressing the Handsfree 
button automatically pages the other handset.

Scroll to the handset you set up monitoring on and 
press PAGE

Place a handset in the room to be monitored.

On that handset, press MENU

7

Scroll to Monitor Room and press SELECT (a). The 
display shows Ready to monitor room.

8

On the handset you want to listen from, press 
Handsfree. The display lists the handsets registered 
to the base unit.

Note: If you answer 
an incoming call, 
the monitoring 
feature is turned off.
