Using Single Mobile Radio 

To connect one Mobile Radio to both Port 2 (INTRAC) and Port 3 (MDLC) perform the 
following wire connections (See Figure 

 

4-3):  

1.  Connect the CMU power connector to the Power Supply Module “AUX” 

connector using power cable (p/n: FKN4869). When powered on the CMU LED 
should light. 

2.  Connect the CPU Port 2 to the CMU Port 2. 

3.  Connect the CPU Port 3 to the CMU Port 3. 

4.  Connect the CMU "Radio" to the Mobile Radio communications connector. 
5.  For CMU P3 Jumper and Site Configuration settings, refer to Table
