Have you reached your call charge limit?
Reset your
limit or contact your service provider.

Have you inserted a new SIM card?
Make sure no new
restrictions have been imposed.
You can’t cancel
Call Forwarding or
Call Barring

Wait until you are in an area with good network
coverage and try again.
