Minimum Level
If your PowerView3 with enabled access control is not to be set to the access level
Read Only
(displayed status
Locked
) after logging out, but instead to a higher access level, you can set a
minimum level. The minimum level is defined as the access level that is set automatically after
logging out with enabled access control. As a result, the functions of the minimum level are
always available and do not have to be released again by PIN entry.
Minimum level functions are always available
Become acquainted with the rights of the individual access levels before
you set the minimum level. The functions of the minimum level set are
always available without PIN entry (see section
Access Control
on page 65).
Setting Minimum Level
With enabled access control, set the minimum level as follows:

In the
Access Level
entry, select the access level which is to be set as minimum level from
the drop-down list.

Read Only
cannot be set as minimum level.

If the selected minimum level is higher than the currently set access level, you will be
prompted to enter the corresponding PIN.

The access level set is set as minimum level.
Deleting Minimum Level
With enabled access control, you have two options for deleting the minimum level:

In the
Access Level
entry, set a different access level as minimum level from the drop-down
list.

Tap
Delete Minimum Level
. This sets the access level
Read Only
when logging out.
When disabling the access control, the minimum level is automatically deleted.

Logging in and Logging out
With enabled access control, you can log on for the access levels
Operator
,
Service
and
Master
.
Logging in
Log in as follows for the desired access level:
1.
From the drop-down list under
Access Level
, select the desired access level (
Operator
,
Service
or
Master
).
