CONTROL CHECK LIST
Installation Of The Compressor PTO & MH6 Compressor Set
A. Assembling the PTO

Loctite® 5203 between PTO and gear box.
o

Fixation screws tightened at 38 Nm.
o

For SCANIA & VOLVO, fill the PTO with 2 liters of BSC MH oil.
Control the oil flow of the PTO’s pump (K1) :
corresponding to the maximum speed of the compressor :

Flat gasket in place.

Remove the plug A from MH6.
o

Install the compressor and tighten the fixing screws to 38 Nm.

the tap
for 20s

B. Assembling the Radiator
o
1
The oil flow goes from the bottom to the top.
o

The air flow goes from the fan to the radiator.
o
3
The air flow crossing the radiator comes from an area outside
the truck.
o

The startup of the fan must be associated with the engagement of
the PTO.
o
5
The motor is protected by a fuse of 6.3 A.
o
6
Run the compressor for 2' and control the oil level of the gear box.
