The knee should be positioned in the center of the pedal. If the position is not correct,
adjust the saddle horizontally (forward or backward) in order to reach the correct
position.
If your knees touch the handlebars or feel discomfort in your back when pedaling, the
handlebars should be adjusted a little higher.

DANGER!
Do not adjust the saddle or handlebars while doing the exercise. Check that
all bike settings are properly locked and so do the exercise. If any adjustment
is not done properly, get off the equipment and redo the adjustment.
