MODE SELECTION
Press the 'MODE' key to select the Time, Distance and KCalories on the display. Use the
'PAGE' key to select between the instantaneous, average and maximum parameters.
CLEARING ALL VALUES
To clear all entered values, use the 'MODE' key to select the TIME function on the home
screen and press the 'PAGE' key for 3 seconds. All values entered AVG, AVG PULSE, TIME,
DISTANCE, KCALORIES will be reset to zero.
TIME TARGET TRAINING
TIME displays the user's time during training. If you do not set the countdown time, the
time will count from 00:00 to 99:59. If you previously set the COUNT TIME, the TIME will
be counted downwards to zero. The display will flash and the alarm will sound when the
time reaches 00:01. The user can access the TIME configuration by selecting with the
'MODE' key until they come to DIST or KCAL. Press and hold 'PAGE' for 3 seconds until you
enter the settings. Press 'PAGE' again to enter the parameter and enter the values using
the 'MODE' and 'PAGE' keys to confirm the value. To finish the configuration, wait 3
seconds to return to the initial display.
HEART RATE TARGET TRAINING
Press the 'MODE' key until you find DIST or KCAL, hold down the 'PAGE' key for 3 seconds
to enter the HEART RATE setting. Press the 'MODE' key until you come to DIST or KCAL,
hold down the 'PAGE' key for 3 seconds to enter the HEART RATE setting. Enter the
values using the 'MODE' and 'PAGE' keys to confirm the value.
