10.3.4 Inital operation of the combined signal interface of
Avidyne/Ryan TAS signal with PowerFLARM signal
(1) Start the system.
(2) Allow GPS reception (from Fast Integral GPS)
(3) Start TCAS by pressing <AUX> → <TCAS> → <ON>.
(4) Check the status message in the status window on the left rim.
Possible status messages:
TCAS AVIDYNE FLARM Installation successful, all data transmitted.
TCAS NO DATA Both TAS sources failed, installation not successful.
TCAS FLARM Only FLARM data are transmitted.
TCAS AVIDYNE Only Avidyne data are transmitted
10.4 GARRECHT TRX1090 Interface
The use of a TRX-1090-ADS-B receiver is supported by MT VisionAir X.
For connection and configuration of this interface please contact the customer’s
service at Moving Terrain.
NOTE
GARRECHT TRX1090 interface can not be combined with other
TAS sources and has to be connected to COM1.
