A warranty of 2 years from date of purchase is granted for all 
defects caused by design and materials used.

•    The warranty consists of free repair or replacement of the 

defective parts with original spare parts.

•    The warranty does not cover accessories supplied with the 

unit or parts subject to normal wear and tear.

•     The device may only be repaired by an authorized dealer or 

at the MPV MEDICAL Service Center.

•    The unit must be returned for repair within 8 days of the 

defect occurring.

•    Costs for the transport of the equipment shall be borne by 

the customer.

•    Repairs that are not covered by the warranty conditions are 

at the expense of the customer.

•    The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper 

use, misuse, intentional damage, dropping, force majeure, 
or transportation.

•    The warranty does not include compensation for any perso-

nal injury or damage to property, direct or indirect, resulting 
from the malfunction of the equipment.

•    The warranty is valid from the date of purchase on the sales 

receipt (receipt or invoice).

    This product is a medical device. Make sure that you 

follow the instructions in this manual and your doctor‘s 
instructions to use this product correctly.

•   Please follow your doctor‘s instructions regarding medica-

tion, dosage and duration of use.

•   The technical specifications of the device may vary slightly 

depending on the medication filled.

•   This occurs particularly with drugs with high surface ten-

sion or viscosity. The nebulization rate may then be reduced 
under certain circumstances.

•    The nebulization rate may also decrease if the medication is 

at a low temperature.

•    Do not inhale drinking or tap water in the fogging chamber. 

This may lead to a worsening of your symptoms.

•   Never force the unit open. This could lead to damage.
•    Never clean the mesh insert with a cloth or needle. This 

leads to damage to the device and to a reduction in therapy 
efficiency.

•    Do not allow any medication liquid to drip on the housing. 

If this happens, clean it immediately with a dry cloth.

•    Do not drop the device or subject it to coarse forces. This 

can lead to damage to the device.
