•
WARNING
Overpressure
Do not set the pressure reducer over 500 mbar
•
WARNING
As part of the safety concept, a reducing unit must be
installed on each Autocal input.
Reference:
1. Reducing unit
2. Copper seal.
The calibration gas inputs are normally located on the right side, the upper gas
connection plate. Optionally, 4 can be installed. Each calibration gas port is
intended for one calibration gas cylinder and has a screw connection for DN4/6 mm
hoses.
The pressure regulator must not be set to more than 500 mbar.
Installation zero gas inlet (see detail A-2)
The zero-gas connection is located on the left side of the upper gas connection
plate and is equipped with a screw connection for DN4/6 mm hoses. The zero-gas
connection is used to draw ambient air into the analyser at defined periods and
thus to take the zero point for the internal measuring sensors.
The zero gas should be taken from a place where no exhaust gases are emitted, so
that the analyser can take the optimum zero point.
