3. INSTALLATION
GUIDE
1. Press
down
the
rear
fender
and
raise
up
the
handlebar.
2. Raise
up
the
handlebar
fully
3. Open
the
buckle,
Push
down
the
Sleave
4. Lock
the
Buckle
tightly.
Note:
the
fastening
mechanism
must
be
well
tightened.
First
tighten
the
small
plastic
screw
opposite
the
handle
(the
handle
must
be
in
the
open
position)
to
the
end
and
then
tighten
the
handle.
If
you
feel
that
the
lever
has
not
fully
tightened
the
mechanism,
repeat
the
procedure!
5. Once
again,
make
sure
that
the
steering
handle
is
firm
and
tight.
If
not,
repeat
steps
3
and
4
.

Unfold
the
scooter

6. Install
the
handlebar;
Tight
it
strongly
with
attached
screws
and
Hex
wrench.
For
a
stronger
torque,
you
can
put
a
round
tube
into
wrench
for
a
higher
tightening
force.
7.
Install
the
Handlebar
grip,
adjust
the
switches
and
brake
into
proper
position
and
tight
with
attached
screws.
