BIOS Setup

UTILITIES

HDD Backup

Hard dsk storage backups and restorng s one of the most common and mportant 

tasks. Use ths utlty to create an mage of your HDD parttons and re-load them when 

necessary.

 Important

The HDD Backup can’t back up (/restore) mage to (/from) a partton where tself was 

nstalled, so t’s strongly recommended to dvde HDD nto 2 parttons at least (1st for 

OS; 2nd for data).
For HDD wth sngle partton only, the requrements for HDD Backup are:

An addtonal partton from another HDD (ex. USB HDD) for HDD Backup to back up 

(/restore) mage to (/from) t.
Executng Wnk stored n USB flash drve/ MSI Drver Dsc by pressng <F11> to 

choose boot devce durng POST.

Lve Update

Ths tool can detect and update your BIOS onlne so that you won’t need to spend tme 

searchng manually.

 Important

HDD Backup and Lve Update request Wnk, please nstall the "Wnk" software appl-

caton from MSI Drver Dsc n Wndows first. And then you can access these two utltes 

by clckng ther respectve buttons.
