TROUBLESHOOTING

Note: Before servicing the display, discharge any static electricity by placing your hand on any adjacent metal countertop or shelf
unit and then shut down the system power.

Audible alarm and continuous
flashing LED on sensor head
Product removed or missing
Turn keyswitch to
DISABLE ALARM
to
silence all alarms. Flashing LED indicates
alarm condition.
Replace product; then turn keyswitch
back to
ALARM ON

Sensor head is not securely mounted to
product, allowing alarm sensor to lift
Choose a better mounting surface (e.g., flatter,
non-textured). Clean mounting surface and
then reattach sensor to product. Ensure that
the alarm plunger is fully depressed. Secure
sensor with tie wraps for at least 24 hours.
Damaged sensor
Replace damage parts
Intermittent false alarms
Sensor head is not securely mounted to
product, allowing alarm plunger to lift
Choose a better mounting surface (e.g., flatter,
non-textured). Clean mounting surface and
then reattach sensor to product. Ensure that
the alarm plunger is fully depressed. Secure
sensor with tie wraps for at least 24 hours.

Sensor’s LED is off even though
