programmable controller utility available from RCT
Calibration Mode
Read the entire procedure before starting.
To enter calibration mode:
1. Hold the engine shutdown switch in the active position.
2. Turn on ignition.
3. Turn off ignition.
4. Release the engine shutdown switch.
5. The cycle LED will be flashing.
If performed correctly, the device will now be in calibration mode. This is indicated by all device status indicators
flashing very fast.
Note
The calibration mode will time out and exit if there is no user input for 60 seconds.
To exit calibration mode:
1. Cycle the power to the device (e.g., remove the Deutsch plug from the device and then reinsert it).
Changing Idle Time Value
1. Enter calibration mode;
2. Toggle the engine shutdown switch (i.e., turn it on and then off again) to increment the idle time value by
one minute to a maximum of 12 minutes.
3. To save the new value, hold the engine shutdown switch on again and it must remain on for more than 10
seconds (this does not count as a toggle).
