MULBERRY STOVES WARRANTY
Mulberry Stoves are designed with reliability and simplicity in mind. Our Quality Assurance System is there to ensure that
you receive a heating product that provides a lifetime of warmth. Mulberry is pleased to extend the following Warranty to
the original purchaser of a Mulberry Product.
The Mulberry Warranty
1.
The warranty extends to the original purchaser only. The warranty comes into effect when you complete and return the
warranty registration form. If you do not return the registration form to the address indicated, there will be no warranty
in place for your stove in excess of your statutory rights.
2.
Freight damage, whether to stoves or to replacement parts, is not covered by warranty and is subject to a claim against
the freight carrier by the dealer.
3.
The outside castings and boilers, where fitted, are covered by warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of
purchase.
4.
All other components of the stove are covered by warranty for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase.
Conditions:
While a stove is under warranty replacement parts will be supplied Free of Charge. If a serviceman has to call to fit parts
there will be a call-out charge that must be paid to the Serviceman when he calls.
Mulberry service department should be contacted in the first instance if service is required.
Exclusions:
This extended Warranty does not cover installation and operational related problems such as over-firing, use of inappropriate
fuel, down draughts or spillage caused by environmental conditions, nearby trees, buildings, hilltops, mountains, inadequate
venting or ventilation, excessive offsets in flueing, or negative air pressure caused by mechanical systems such as furnaces,
fans, clothes dryers or other air using appliances.
The warranty does not extend to any parts which show evidence of misuse or abuse, neglect, accident or lack of
maintenance. Products made by other manufactures and used in conjunction with the operation of this appliance without
authorisation from Mulberry may nullify the warranty on this product.
Mulberry Stoves shall in no event be liable for any special, indirect consequential damages of any nature whatsoever which
are in excess of the original purchase price of the product. Any alteration to the unit that results in any damage whatsoever
is not the responsibility of Mulberry.
General:
It is essential that all submitted claims provide all of the necessary information including name of supplying dealer, customer
name, purchase date, serial No., type of unit, problem, and part or parts requested. Without this information the warranty is
invalid.
