STANDARD
The fan is operated using a separate ON/OFF switch or via a light switch (fig. 6).
WITH TIMER (over-run)
The fan is provided with a timer circuit which is adjustable from aprox. 2 minutes to 30 minutes via trimmer.
Operation: connected according to the diagram in figure 7, the fan starts after the light is switched on. After the light is switched off, the fan
continues to function for a pre-set period of time.

MOUNTING
The fan must be securely mounted in the desired position to suit the application.
A minimum of 1 meter of duct at least the same diameter as the fan spigots diameter is to be fitted to the fan inlet and discharge spigots.
Minimum150mm clearance between the fan and the surrounding structure should be reserved.
To install the fan:
- remove the fan body (fig.4) from the spigots and bracket (fig.3) by releasing the four screws.
- mount the bracket (fig.3) in the desired position using the fasteners supplied.
- replace the fan body (fig.4) in-between the spigots and tighten the four screws.
- connect the unit as per the correct wiring diagram.
WARNING – This fan is fitted with a one shot thermal fuse which switches the fan off in the event of a fault condition.
Do not cover the air inlet and outlet.
• In case the device is installed at a height lower than 2.3 m:
-in case a short duct is connected to the outlet, to prevent access, install an external protection grid.
-in case the inlet is not ducted, install a protection grille.
