Empty bucket 

Procedure

Cycle touch pad to cleaning. 

Press Menu, then Cleaning 

and follow instructions to 

gather items shown. 

 

 

Wear hand protection. 

Wear rubber gloves when 

handling cleaning solution or 

sanitizer. 

 

Fill each labeled bucket to the 

fill line with the appropriate 

solution and bring to machine. 

Fill WASH bucket with hot 

SolidSense APSC from 

dispenser at 3-compartment 

sink. 

Fill RINSE bucket with 

warm, clean potable water. 

Fill SANITIZE bucket with 5 

gallons of lukewarm water 

and 2 packets of McD 

Sanitizer and mix thoroughly. 

 

 

Remove product holder and 

bags. 

Remove each product bag 

from the product container 

and place in walk-in cooler. 

Take product containers to 3-

compartment sink and wash, 

rinse and sanitize. Allow to 

air dry.
