SMTP Virus E-mails
The Reporting|SMTP Virus E-mails menu lets you view, delete, or forward virus-infected e-mails.
The SMTP virus e-mails menu displays information on virus-infected emails, such as the Date/Time the
infected email was received, the particular Virus infecting the e-mail, and the Command (action) to be
performed on the infected e-mail.
Click the Select All checkbox or select an individual entry, select a function from the dropdown list (e.g.,
delete selected entry), and click Go.
The selected function is performed on the selected e-mail(s). By clicking the View E-mail button in the
Command column, you are able to read important messages without threat of virus infection. You can
then select and delete the e-mails by selecting delete selected e-mails in the bottom left select menu
and clicking the Go button.
A Security Alert screen displays. Click Yes. The processing that then takes place may take some time.
If you click Yes again during this processing time, a ..be patient… message displays.
