MULTIVOICE Intercoms operate without a Base Station, so setup takes mere seconds. MULTIVOICE Intercoms also support an unlimited number of users, with up to 8 Talk Slots on a

single group system. And militarygrade MULTIVOICE Intercoms deliver up to 18 hours of Talk Time in any weather at up to 4,000 feet.

MULTIVOICE Intercoms come standard with 4-6 channels, with each Channel LED Light signifying the respective Channel, starting (from Left to Right) with Channel #1 and ending

with Channel #4 for MV-AUDIBLE and Channel #6 for MV-NEXUS and MV-PROTECTOR Intercoms. By default, each user starts on Channel #1. Each time you push the Channel button,

you will switch to a new Channel and hear 1 or more tones in your headset signifying what Channel you have joined: for example, 2 tones for Channel 2; 3 tones for Channel 3; etc.

Additionally, the corresponding Channel LED Light will also be lit.

A.

If your headset cable is properly connected to your MULTIVOICE Intercom and the Channel LED Lights are not lit, your intercom has been inadvertently turned off. Please restart

your intercom by following the steps in Sections 1, 2 and 3 on the front page. This should rectify the problem.
B.

If you can no longer hear anyone in your headset, first verify that your headset is properly connected to your MULTIVOICE Intercom. If not, reconnect the headset cable. This

should rectify the problem.
C.

If your headset cable is properly connected to your MULTIVOICE Intercom but the Channel LED Lights are flickering, turn off your intercoms outlined in Note #2 in section 1. Then

restart your intercom by following the steps in Sections 1, 2 and 3 on the front page. This should rectify the problem.
D.

If you can hear people speaking in your headset but they cannot hear you, first verify that the 2 Blue LED Lights on the front of your Intercom are lit. If not, please follow the steps

in Section 3 to activate your microphone. If this does not rectify the problem, please contact MULTIVOICE at 385-236-5111.
E.

If (1) your microphone button is pushed and (2) your microphone is lowered and properly adjusted in front of your mouth and (3) you can hear people speaking in your headset

but they cannot hear you, please verify that the Blue LED Lights on the front of your MULTIVOICE Intercom are lit. If not, please turn off your Intercom by pressing and holding the Power
Button until all LED Lights turn off. Then restart your Intercom as outlined in Sections 1, 2 and 3 on the front page. This should rectify the problem.
F.
