From Settings, tap

Languages

Add language
to select the system language.

Drag and drop the
language item to the top side to change the system
language.
To change keyboard & inputs:

From Settings, tap

, and then tap
Virtual keyboard.

Select other keyboards to switch system keyboard inputs.

Date & Time
By default, your device receives date and time information from the wireless network.
Outside of network coverage, you can set the date and time manually.

. The following options
are available:
Automatic date & time: Receive date and time updates from your
wireless network. When the Automatic date and time is disabled, the
following options are available:
Set date: Enter the current date.
Set time: Enter the current time.
Automatic time zone: Receive time updates based on your location.
When the Automatic time zone is disabled, the following options are
available:
Select time zone: Choose a new time zone.
Use 24-hour format: Set the format for displaying time.

Reset Options
Reset network settings and app preferences. You can also reset your device to its
factory defaults.
