IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
WARNING:
FALL HAZARD
Children have suffered severe head injuries including skull
fractures when falling from high chairs. Falls can happen suddenly
if child is not restrained properly.
• The child should be secured in the high chair at all times by the
5-point harness. Always use restraints and adjust to fit snugly.
• It is recommended that the high chair be used by children
capable of sitting upright unassisted.
• DO NOT leave child unattended during use. Always keep child
in view.
• Do not place the high chair near a counter or table. Your child
may be able to push hard enough against these surfaces to tip
the chair over.
• The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair.
• Never use or modify high chair to use food tray without the
crotch post in place.
• This product is not intended for sleeping.
• Do NOT move or lift this product with the child inside it.
• Never use the high chair on uneven or reclined ground floor.
• ONLY USE PRODUCT AS INSTRUCTED.
• Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing
parts or sharp edges before and after assembly and frequently
during use. Do not use high chair unless all components are
correctly fitted and adjusted. DO NOT use high chair if any
parts are missing.
