Restricting the use of the SMB address registered in the address

Configure settings to restrict the use of the SMB address registered in the address book.
When the login user selects the required SMB address from the address book to send data, the system per-
forms SMB authentication using the user name and password, which are specified in User Name and Pass-
word for user authentication. If the user name and password for user authentication are used for SMB
authentication, you do not need to register SMB authentication information in the address book that everyone
can access, so you can restrict the use of the SMB address by other people.
To use this function, do not enter any characters in [User ID] and [Password] of the SMB address.
