1.1. High quality equipment
The Air Handling Unit (AHU) was designed and built with high-performance equipment currently available on the European
market, in particular:
• A powerful fan, 350 pascals, capable of generating a maximum flow rate of 500 m
3
/hour in the open air
(without pressure drop) and resistant to operating temperatures of 50°C.
• Heating resistors with electro-galvanized fins and heating elements under stainless steel tubes.
• A computer-controlled electronic unit that can combine performance and management of all parameters relating
to temperature control, air flow and clogging state of the filter media.
• A frame treated on all its surfaces, assembled with stainless steel screws.
1.2. Refined manufacturing
Every air handling unit is subjected to a series of rigorous post-production test before it is accepted.
In addition to these tests, all the devices are inspected individually in preliminary operating tests.
1.3. Safety fuses for every function
The ventilation and heating function is interrupted if a component is defective or if any object disturbs its proper operation.
The electronic unit and the fan are protected by a 1.25A fuse.
The heating resistors are protected by another 10 AT fuse.
The air handling unit is protected by a thermal fuse in case of overheating due to a failure of one of the management sys-
tems. In all cases of failure, the device automatically switches to safe mode. It stops and the control panel shows an error
message to indicate that the unit is out of order.
1.4. Safety instructions
Warning! Never operate the device if the cord or plug is damaged.
In the event of damage, have the cord replaced by an accredited professional to avoid any danger
or accident.

2.1. Important warnings
The air handling unit (AHU) is designed to deal with condensation problems in the premises for which it is intended. It may
under no circumstances replace a ventilation system.
Your device must be installed by an accredited installer and any and all intervention techniques, apart from replacing a filter
which you will do, must be carried out by one of our technicians.
Any intervention, apart from replacing the filter, would jeopardize the warranty.
We reserve the right to make changes in order to improve the performance of the equipment. The power supply line, on
which the device is connected, must comply with the standards in force at the time of the installation. If the electrical installa-
tion requires improvements or changes, have them carried out by a qualified electrician.
This device may not be used by persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental capacities are reduced,
or people without experience or knowledge, except under supervision or with prior instruction on how to use the device
given by a person responsible for their safety.
WE ADVISE YOU NOT TO PLACE ANYTHING ON THE AIR HANDLING UNIT,
NOT TO OPEN IT, AND TO AVOID ANY SPLASHING WATER.
