Never manually rotate the propeller in the opposite direction. This operation can
damage the automatic timing chain tensioner and also disengage the system on the
engine starter.
For engines with a reduction gear box, the counterclockwise rotation of the
propeller produces a drift to the right of the aircraft. Counter this on the ground
with the left pedal and properly balance in flight with aerodynamic surfaces of
compensation. For versions without a gear box it is the opposite.
