4 Use instructions
4.1 Power station use instructions
1.
Wear protective equipment at work, and pay attention to safety when working at high places to avoid falling from a high
place to cause safety accident.
2. The working temperature of this equipment is -20~45°C, and the working temperature of the charger is 0~40°C. It is
strictly prohibited to charge the battery below 0°C. The charger is only suitable for indoor use, please pay attention to do
protection for it when using it outdoor. Please use the charger from our factory. It is strictly prohibited to use other chargers
to charge our battery. When using the equipment at a high temperature above 35°C, keep the battery above 60cm from
the ground. Pay attention to shield it and keep it well ventilated. Prevent equipment and batteries from being exposed to the
sun or rain.
3. Avoid falling from high places or strong impact during mobile transportation or storage.

Due to the different output power characteristics, in order to ensure the safety of battery use, this device cannot use AC 220
V output in the front panel and 48V output in the back panel at the same time.

The equipment should not be damp or immersed in water, and it is strictly forbidden to work in an environment with
corrosive gas or full of metal dust.

The device is a new energy rechargeable mobile power station. The power supply battery module is a ternary lithium
battery. The output voltage of the battery is DC48 V. The inverter output AC220V adopts isolation circuit. AC220V is
completely isolated from the power grid and the earth. If the user accidentally touches any one of the two wires at work, it
will not cause electric shock hazard. However, when the user touches two wires at the same time, it will still cause electric
shock hazard. When using it, you must wear the protective equipment required by the safety standard and pay attention to
the use safety.
7. This equipment has a built-in inverter with AC220 V pure sine wave output function. The rated power output is 3KW and
can withstand the twice instantaneous impact of the rated power. It is suitable for different kinds of electric power tools,
motors and other inductive loads, as well as various household appliances. This equipment can also be used as a big UPS
emergency power supply. When connecting to the house electric control box, please pay attention to completely disconnect
power grid power input lines (U, V, W three-phase wires, live wire L and neutral line N), connect the two wires of AC220 V
output of the equipment to the fire wire L and neutral wire N of the house, and ensure that the total power of the appliances
does not exceed the rated output power range of the equipment. When using construction tools and equipment, ensure that
the total power of all equipments does exceed the rated output power of the equipment. As the instantaneous power of the
motor and other inductive loads is 3-5 times of the rated power of the motor itself, it should be avoided to switch on and off
the big power inductive load tools at the same time.
8. When users need to use multi- hole socket to expand the ues of electrical equipments, the power line and socket connected
to the equipment should be ensured that both of the connected two power lines are not less than 2.5 mm², and ensure that
the connecting lines and sockets are free from skin damage, and ensure that the connecting lines and sockets are dry. Pay
attention to safety!
9. The AC220 V inverter of the equipment adopts overload automatic protection. When the power of the electric appliance
exceeds the maximum output power of the equipment, the equipment will stop the output of AC220 V, and when the power
of the electric appliance is lower than the maximum output power of the equipment, the equipment will automatically
recover.
10. This equipment has a built-in fan for air cooling. The fan is intelligent control. When the temperature inside the equipment
reaches a certain temperature, the fan will start automatically. When the equipment temperature drops to a certain
temperature, the fan will stop automatically. When using the equipment, the left and right air outlets and air inlets of the
equipment shall be unobstructed, so as to prevent metal stuff from entering the equipment through the air outlet and causing
equipment damage.
11. When this equipment is used with an external welding machine, the connection cable between the equipment and welding
machine cannot be lengthened or changed. The electrocircuit will start protection function due to the overheating in the use,
please make it rest for 5 minutes when the machine is turned on and wait for the internal cooling of the machine then It can
work again.

This equipment is designed with undervoltage indicator on the front panel. When the battery voltage is lower than 40V, the
under voltage indicator light will be on. Please connect the charger with the power station and charge it.
13. The power of the welding equipment connected to the 220V output port in the front panel of the power station should be
less than 2.5 KW, and its maximum welding current is 100A. It is recommended to use our company’s 48 V DC welding
machine, whose welding current can reach 150 A and is suitable to use 1.6-3.2 mm J 422, 506, 507 electrodes to weld
all kinds of low-carbon steel, high-carbon steel and other metal materials. At the same time,by the scratch arc welding torch
for argon arc welding, our 48V DC welding machine can be used to weld stainless steel, copper and other metals, but not
suitable for welding aluminum and aluminum alloy metals.
