Removing the mixer accessories
▪ Set the speed controller to the Off position (0) and remove the plug from the
mains supply.
▪ Press the release button to automatically tilt the mixer arm upwards.
▪ Push the mixer accessory upwards as far as possible and turn it clockwise until
it is released.
▪ Now pull the mixer accessory downwards to remove it from the holder.
Speed controller (10)
The appliance has a speed controller (10) with eight
different speed settings (1-8), a fold function and a pulse function to choose
from, enabling you to work with different doughs and mixtures.
Fold function
The fold function (Fig. E) is used for folding light or runny ingredients into
heavier mixtures (e.g. filled muffins, meringues, mousse, foamy foods, sponge mix
or soufflés) or to slowly stir flour or other ingredients (e.g. raisins or nuts) into
dough. During folding, the appliance operates at a constant low speed, stops for a
few seconds and then starts folding again. To stop the fold function,
set the speed controller (10) to the Off position (0).
