Treatment
To begin treatment, push the power button on the power supply (fig 16)
When doing the no!no! treatment there a just a few simple rules to remember:
Install the appropriate Hot Blade for the length of hair you are working on.
Work on one small section of the treatment area at a time, completing one before
moving on to the next. Go over each area a few times until you feel that the surface is
smooth or nearly smooth.
Glide in one direction only – always pulling no!no! upward towards your body with the
signal light facing you. (fig 17)
Between each section, use the Buffer.
Periodically check the Hot Blade for hair debris during treatment and clean it whenever
necessary.
After you finish the entire treatment area, if you started with the Hot Blade for long hair,
switch to the Hot Blade for stubble; the one with the metal strip, and repeat.
Hot Blade Care
Hot Blades are designed to last 2- hours of active use. This includes only the time when
the Hot Blade is in actual working contact with the skin. The actual life of a Hot Blade,
however, depends on several varying factors among them; frequency of use and the area
and type of hair being treated.
It is important to keep Hot Blades free of hair debris. Check and clean them periodically
during each treatment session. Allowing hair to build up in the Hot Blade may cause it
to burn out prematurely or malfunction. To clean the Hot Blade, unplug or turn off your
no!no!, remove the Hot Blade from its socket and gently brush it clean with the cleaning
brush supplied with your no!no! (pic 18)
Replace the Hot Blade:
if you begin to notice that it is not removing hair as effectively as before
if the wire is damaged in any way
if the signal light turns red
For instructions on replacing Hot Blades, see page 7.
