HOOD OPERATION

This hood has the function of condensing the steam that comes out of the oven chimney.

Due to the fact that it is a condensation hood, no connection to the outside is necessary to
extract the fumes.

6.1.

Turning on the equipment

The hood will automatically activate when the oven is turned on.

It is recommended to turn on the hood whenever the oven is used.
