What does it mean when lights flash on the main unit?

When the system is disarmed, the blue LED light on the main unit remains lit. If the system is disarmed and
the LED is flashing, there is a failure. View the diagnostic for more information.
When the system is activated in partial or total mode, a flashing light has one of the following meanings:
on 2 sec / off 2 sec -> partial mode activated
on 2 sec / off 0.2 sec -> total mode activated
on 0.5 sec / off 0.5 sec -> intrusion detected

What happens if power is lost?

In case the power is lost, the main unit is equipped with a battery with a battery life of 3 hours 40 minutes. The
main unit warns you when the power is lost, depending on the alert mode you selected in the "My Alerts" tab.

What happens if the Internet connection is lost?

If the Internet connection is lost, the Myfox servers will notify you, depending on the alert mode you selected
in the "My Alerts" tab. The anti-intrusion and siren functions still remain active, even if the Internet connection

is lost.

If you have installed a GPRS key, it will take over after a few seconds so that your main unit remains connected
at all times.

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the web interface (https://myfox.me).  After three errors,
you must wait one hour before trying your password again.

I lost my login email. How can I recover it?

Please contact Customer Service directly to have them resend your login information to the email address
provided when the account was created.

How are updates applied?

Updates are automatically applied to the main unit. You don't need to do a thing. You can find the list of
completed updates in the "

Help

" tab.
