Step 3. Operation

DIGITAL TUBULAR HEATER: Advanced digital display, with smart working mode,
touch button / screen display, thermal cut off, countdown timer and cyclically
timer.
A) Ensure the plug is plugged into the plug socket, the unit power light will

illuminate showing the symbol “- -“ which means the unit is in standby mode
and will not heat.

B) Press the “on/off – setup button” and the unit will display “00” meaning the

heater will operate heat continuously in normal mode with no timer settings.

C) Press the “on/off – setup” button once more and

will display and “00” will

flash; you can choose how many hours you want the unit to operate in a 1-24
hour period by pressing the up or down arrow. When the set hours have
elapsed the unit will switch off.

D) Press the “on/off – setup” button once again and

will display, and “00” will

flash. This feature lets you set the time in hours for when you want the unit to
switch on by pressing the up or down arrow, for example if you set to 4 hours
the unit will count down and switch on after 4 hours have elapsed and will
continuously give out heat until you switch the unit off.

E) Press the “on/off – setup” button once again and

will display and “00” will

flash. This feature lets you set the timer to come on and off cyclically, this
means for example you choose 2 hours, the unit will operate for 2 hours and
switch off for two hours and repeat this process until you switch the unit off.
This feature is a great energy saving feature.

F) The heater is fitted with a safety device which will switch off the heater in case

of accidental overheating.

G) To reset the tube heater, turn off the heater switch and unplug for a few

minutes to allow the unit to cool down.

H) Make sure that any causes of overheating, such as obstructions, are removed

and plug the appliance in again and operate as normal.

I) Turn off and unplug the unit when not in use or during the warmer months or

when you are away from home for extended periods of time as a safety
precaution and as a energy saving function.
