A number indicating the
month will blink. Press
the left or right button
until the correct month
appears, as indicated on
the test strip vial. Press and
hold the main button
for 3 seconds to confirm the
month and to exit and turn
off the meter.

or right button until
the correct year appears, as
indicated on the test strip
vial. Press the main but-
ton to confirm the year.
Please note: when using the
strip expiry date function
and the set month and year
are passed, the warning
“EP” appears after inserting
the test strip, when apply-
ing blood (screen above)
and is also flashing alter-
nately with the test result.
This feature reminds the user when the test
strips have been expired.

test strip is inserted.
To enter the strip expiration date setting, press
and hold the left and right buttons at
the same time for 3 seconds. “EP” will show up.
