Use of massage heads
To attach or remove the massage head, gently push in/pull out the
massagehead while twisting.
Round massage head
The round massage head is the most versatile of the 5 massage
heads. The round shape provides a good blood flow and a deep
massage of the muscles. This makes it excellent for muscle
relaxation both before and after exercise. The massage head is
recommended to massage large muscles like the abdominal and
side muscles abdomen, chest, neck, broad back muscles, buttocks
and thighs.
Flat massage head
The flat shape gives a lighter massage of the muscles and is well
suited for massage of the straight abdominal, abdominal side
muscles, chest, broad back muscles, hips, buttocks, thighs and
legs.
U-shaped massage head
The U-shaped massage head is designet to avoid the spine and
cervical vertebrae. This makes the shape suitable for the neck,
shoulders, and paraspinal muscles. Avoid direct contact with the
spine or cervical vertebrae as this can lead to physical injury.
Conical massage head
The conical shape is excellent for a deep massage of the soles of
the feet, palms, rhomboids and the broad back muscles. The conical
shape can also be used for a deeper massage of muscle tension in
thigh and glutes when the round or flat massage head does not
reach all the way in.
Arc-shaped massage head
The arcuate massage head covers a larger area of the
muscles than the other massage heads and is excellent for
increasing blood circulation in sore muscles. It is
recommended to use the massage head on the legs, thighs,
forearms, upper arms and waist.
