5.2 Protection function
During the driving, S2 will remind the driver in different ways in case of system fault or wrong operation. Forbid driving,
alarm indicator is always on, the buzzer alarms intermittently, the system could not start self-balance mode.
• When standing on the vehicle, the body leans forward or backward over 10 degrees.
• The voltage of battery is too low.
• The battery is charging.
• During driving, the vehicle lifts up, operation is forbidden.
• The vehicle is over speed.
• The capacity of battery is not enough.
• The vehicle swings fiercely over 30s.
• The system starts protection mode, alarm indicator is always on, the buzzer alarms frequently.
• The vehicle leans forward or backward over 35 degrees, it stops immediately .
• When the wheels stop rotating, the vehicle stops 2s later.
• The voltage of battery is less than the protection value, the vehicle stops lSs later.
• High current discharges continuously (for example, driving on long slope with long time). there will be a buzzer hint sound alarm, the
vehicle stops lSs later.
When S2 into the stop condition the system will automatically shut down, according to power on key to restart. Do not drive
S2 when the battery capacity is out of use, otherwise the vehicle will not achieve balance due to not enough capacity, and
the user will possibly get hurt. The shelf life of battery will be affected when driving S2 with the lower limit of capacity.
