THE BRUSHES MOTOR DOES NOT WORK

when the machine goes forward.

Check that the base is down.
2.
Check that the batteries are fully charged.
3.
Verify the electrical connection of the washing unit is
operational.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RAISE OR LOWER THEBASE
