The cleaning by Ultrasonic baths consists in the use of the sound waves of high fre-
cuency (40/50Hz) they make in the interior of the tin. A cavitation efect is produced and
causes the formation of millions of microscopic bubbles of low presion that make a molec-
ular cleaning, eliminating the impurities, pollutants and dirt of the pieces or materials that
must be cleaned.
The Ultrasonic Nahita cleaning baths allow all kind of instrument cleaning without
detaching them. Sofidticated componentsor those that have a special difficulty to be cle-
aned, can be cleaned without beeing separated, thanks to the cavitation going in to every
item where the cleaner solution touches the surface.
They are suitable for: odontology and surgical material, as well as in jewelry, clockwork,
optics and small tools, all kind of plastic, glass, porcelain, metal materials…

The ultrasonic bath is made of special plastic and a stainless steal tank , it also has a
plastic bascket where you can deposit the pieces for their cleaning, it also has a plastic lid
to avoid the splashing.

4. SETTING UP
Preliminary inspection
Unrape the bath, take off the envolving plastic and take off the poliespan protection in
wich it comes fitted. Please make sure that it does not present any damage because of the
shipment. If it does please communicate to your transport agent or suministrator imme-
diately, so that they can make the claims in the correct time limit.
Please keep the original wraping, you will always need it for returns enclosed with all
the accesorize suministrated.

Installation
Before using this instrument, it is convinient for you to familiarize with its components
and basic essentials.
Please put the bath on top of a horizontal, plane, stable table making a free space at least at
30 cm per side of the bath. Do not put the bath near any warm supply (burners, blowlamp…),
do not expose directly to the sun, etc. During its functioning, do not use the equipment near
fluids that can give off steams or produce explosive or inflammable mixtures.
The bath is suministrated with a Schuko standard wire.
Please insert the wire that feeds the A/C in the base of current 220V ±10% 50-60Hz pro-
vided with earth wire.
The manufacturer and the distributor will not asume any responsability for the dama-
ges produced to the equipment in its installing or damages to persons suffered by the
wrong use of the electric connection. The tension should be 220V ±10% 50-60Hz.
If you are not using the bath during a long period of time please make sure it is disco-
neccted from the net.
Setting up
The bath has a Schuko cable for the net; it should be connected to a current wire provi-
ded with an earth wire. It should be handy to be disconnected in case of emergency.
For covering the objects you want to clean, you have to introduce a suficient quantity
of water. You also have to add a soap solution for the cleaning with the ultrasonic (free
from phosphates), then you proceed to connect to the current for its use.
Turn on the equipment pressing the button ON. Once enough time has passed to clean
the object turn off the equipment by the button OFF. If the time programed by the clock
has passed it will turn off automatically (this time is around 15 minutes). You can repeat
the times you need this cycle for the correct cleaning of the objective. You can also inte-
rrupt it (OFF) in case you need less time than programmed.
TO GET THE BEST RESULTS AND HIGHER DURATION OF THE EQUIPMENT IT
IS ADVISABLE TO READ THOROUGHLY THIS MANUAL BEFORE OPERATING
WITH THE EQUIPMENT.
