Setting the Clock

When you insert the AC Power Cable into a wall outlet, the unit will be in Power mode.

In Standby mode, press and hold CLOCK button for 2 seconds to activate the clock setting
mode. [CLOCK SET] scrolls on the display, and the [24] (24-hours time format) appears.
Press button on the remote control to select 12/24 mode (time format), and then
press
CLOCK
button to confirm. The hour digits begin to blink.
Press button on the remote control to set the hour.
Press
CLOCK
button to confirm. The minute digits begin to blink.
Press button on the remote control to set the minutes.
Press
CLOCK
button to confirm.
Setting the Clock Automatically
When the RDS station display the time, press and hold the
DISPLAY
button on the remote
control, the clock will automatically sync time of RDS.
This receiver allows you to use Radio Data System (RDS), which enables FM radio stations to
send additional information (e.g. time) along with the regular programming signal.
Not all FM stations provide RDS service, nor do they provide the same type of services. If you
are not familiar RDS services in your area, check with your local radio stations for details.
Press the Standby button to switch the unit on. The word “HELLO” will show in the display.
Press the Standby button to switch the unit back to ECO POWER mode. The words “ECO
POWER” will scroll across the display.
The clock will not be
displayed. Press the
CLOCK
button to display
the clock on the LCD.
If the unit is idle for more
than 15 minutes in normal
mode, it will automatical-
ly switch to ECO POWER
mode.

Please Note:
• The clock must be set in Standby mode and if the set-up time for each step is
longer than 90 seconds, set-up will be cancelled.
• If a power failure occurs or the unit is disconnected from the mains, the clock
setting will be lost.
