4. Handling Procedure
Adjust the fork width.
The fork width can be adjusted in three levels:

Loading cargo
[1] Stop the forklift at the front of cargo, and set the mast vertical.
[2] Adjust the fork height according to the inserting position.

[8] Raise the cargo to approx. 10 to 15 cm height above the floor.
[9] Tilt the mast backward to set it in the transfer form.

To load cargo onto the forklift, the following procedure is recommended:
Move the forklift slowly so that the fork is inserted into the pallet by
three fourths of the fork length.
Raise the fork by 5 to 10 cm, and make sure that cargo can be
stabled loaded.
Raise the cargo by 5 to 10 cm, and move the forklift slowly to a
position that enables cargo lowering operation.
Move the forklift slowly so that the root of the fork is inserted into
the pallet.
To transfer a pallet stably, the fork outer width should be adjusted to be
70% or wider than the pallet width.
If you turn the lock plate on the fork sling shaft, you can slide the fork
laterally.
After adjusting the fork width, reset the lock plate to fix the fork width.
