4. Handling Procedure
Check the battery electrolyte level every day.

This position
Inspection of terminal
Check the battery terminals for any of the following faults:
Looseness of terminal bolt
Corrosion at the root of wire
Damage to crimped part of wire
Check for discoloration (black) and spark mark (When DC plug is used)
Check the battery electrolyte level every day. If battery electrolyte runs
short, replenish purified water (battery replenisher) as required.
(Do not replenish water (tap water, etc.) other than purified water.)
Check for looseness of the terminals.
Remove the cap at the top of the battery, and look into the filling port.
When the electrolyte level reaches the bottom of the basket in the filling
port, it is the normal level.
Replenish purified
water until it reaches
the bottom of the
basket.
Failure to conduct daily maintenance of the battery results in shortened service life.
Shortage of the battery electrolyte causes the battery to overheat and burn out.
