Troubleshooting (Engine)

Problem

Probable cause

Remedy

Fail to start 

Fail to push the fuel-injecting pump
Water mixed with fuel 
 Deterioration or carbon deposit of sparg plug
Back contact between spark plug and lead wire

Push continuously

Replace the fuel
Replace the plug

Check 

It can start but cannot run at high speed 

The choker is not on the full open position 
Wrong ratio of fuel 

Water in fuel 

Open the full position 

Replace
Replace the fuel 

It can run but does not has enough efficiency 

The filter of air cleaner is dirty 
Outlet of cylinder and muffler have deposit of carbon 
Piston, piston ring, cylinder have been worn seriously

Check and clean

Remove the carbon

The lead wire of plug loose
Plug covered with carbon 
The filter clogged

Water in fuel

Add fuel
