15. TROUBLESHOOTING
Attention!
Switch off the power tool and disconnect it from the mains before troubleshooting.
The following table shows possible malfunctions and corrective actions to be taken if your power tool
does not work properly. If this does not help you to find the problem and remove the malfunction,
please contact your service workshop.

- Sharpen or replace chain
Chainsaw does not run smoothly,
vibrates or does not cut properly

Do not dispose of power tools in the
household waste!
As per the European Directive
2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical
and Electronic Equipment and its
implementation in national law,
used power tools must be collected
separately and recycled in an
environmentally correct way.
Recycling as an alternative for the request to
return the power tool:
Instead of returning the power tool, the owner
of the power tool is obliged to properly recycle
the tool if it is not used anymore. To this end,
the waste tool can also be taken to a collection
point where it is recycled in compliance with
the national recycling management and waste
regulations. This does not apply for auxiliary
materials and parts which do not include
electrical components.
