Replacing the Checker Sensors
1.
Switch the power to the machine OFF.
2.

Remove the checker cover, disconnect the 3way connector, and remove the
checker sensor by squeezing the claw section, and remove the sensor.
4.
Reassemble in reverse order.
•
During reassembly, ensure that the connector is securely connected.
•
During reassembly, ensure that there is a gap of at least 4.5mm on the
inside of the tongue at the outlet section of the checker cover.
•
When reassembling, ensure that the shiny side of the checker filter
faces towards the front.
5.
After reassembly, conduct a check of the Pusher Sensor.
