Before placing the log set, ensure to cover the wiring on the right side of the burner with charcoal lumps. Leave 

enough charcoal lumps to randomly fill the front of the logs. Charcoal lumps are not to be placed on the burner.

2.5  log placement

A. 

Align the 2 notches on the bottom of the 

bottom rear log (A) with the studs located 

on the rear log support. 

NOTE:

 Ensure the bottom rear log (A) is 

behind the burner tube.

B. 

Align the 2 pins on the top of the bottom 

rear log (A) with the 2 holes in the bottom 

of the top rear log (B).

C.

 

Align the 2 holes in the bottom of the 

middle log (C) with the 2 studs located 

on the front log support.

E. 

Align the 2 bottom notches of the front 

right log (E) with the 4th and 5th grate 

posts, ensuring the front right log (E) 

lies flat. Do not cover any ports on the 

burner.

D. 

Align the 1 hole in the bottom of the rear 

left log (D) with the left pin on the top of 

the top rear log (B). Ensure to rest the rear 

left log (D) towards the front left corner of 

the burner. Adjustments may be needed 

to ensure correct placement.

F. 

Align the notch in the front left log (F) with 

the 1st grate post, ensuring the jagged 

edge faces forwards, and then push it 

backwards slightly. Adjustments may be 

needed to ensure correct placement.
